To the original owner of the Ubeauty Part or Product, Ubeauty may repair or replace at its discretion any product or part deemed to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection by an authorized representative of Ubeauty. This warranty covers only the listed components for the following time periods:

Products: One year parts warranty from date of shipment
Parts: One year from date of shipment
There are no other warranties, express or implied.

Owner must pay all labor and shipping charges necessary to replace or repair the merchandise. Ubeauty will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or contingent damages. If a product or part needs to be exchanged, it will be limited to supply a replacement part or product of what Ubeauty deems comprable style and size. Ubeauty may at its own discretion use refurbished parts for repair and replacement purposes. This warranty is null and void if the products or part is removed from its place of initial installation or is not installed in accordance with federal, state, or local codes and ordinances. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply if the part or product has been subject to misapplication, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, negligence, improper cleaning, or other circumstances beyond Ubeauty control. The following are examples of what is not covered by the warranty:

-Normal wears and tears.
-Staining, fading, or discoloration of products.
-Damage resulting from improper use.
-Damage to pump parts and/or motor parts due to obstruction in plumbing lines, etc.
-Staining, fading, or discoloration of plastic surfaces due to exposure and/or the use of harmful cleaning agents or chemicals.
-Malfunctions or damage caused by improper installation, including not meeting local and state plumbing, electrical, and building codes.
-Freight damage, misuse, neglect, abuse, and natural disaster.
-Unauthorized repairs.

By using Ubeauty products or parts, Owner agrees that the obligation of Ubeauty shall not extend to indirect or consequential damage, or injury, which may result from product use. Owner agrees that the obligations of Ubeauty are limited to those set herein and that there are no other obligations except those expressly agreed to in writing by Ubeauty. No dealer or other person has any authority to bind Ubeauty to changes or additions to this warranty or its products; accordingly, Ubeauty is not responsible for any such warranties or representations.

1. All returned products will incur a 25% restocking/reconditioning fee.
2. All merchandise must be returned in its original box with original packing materials and must be packed in such a manner that it will not incur damages in return transit. Used items may not be returned. Any damages to returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between the carrier and customer.
3. Refunds and exchanges will be given within 21 days from the original date of purchase. All credits for merchandise will be given as in-house credit only.
4. Custom orders CANNOT be returned for any reason whatsoever.
5. All refunds issued will be less shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
6. All returns must be approved by Ubeauty Salon, LLC. before they are returned and must be accompanied by an RMA number.
